Have you heard about Pass Plus? It’s a scheme in the UK that helps drivers to improve their skills and become better and safer drivers. Although it can be taken any time, it’s probably most useful to fairly new drivers, say within a year of passing your driving test. The course is a practical one, that takes at least six hours. Although it’s not essential to take a Pass Plus course after you pass your test, it’s quite a good way of getting your insurance premiums down a bit, as well as giving you some more supervised driving experience. The course covers driving under a variety of different conditions, including town and rural driving, motorways and dual carriageways, driving at night, and driving in different weather conditions.

Only some driving instructors are approved to provide Pass Plus courses, and Katie Gregory of IndiKate Driving School is one of them. IndiKate is based in the Farnborough area, covering an area including Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Fleet and Camberley. Katie’s charge for the Pass Plus course is just £150 for the six hours, and there’s no test to take at the end either!
